Hi, I’m Annalie - coach, straight-talker, and chief myth-buster at Pausitively. With over a decade in fitness and endurance coaching (and plenty of lived meno madness myself), I help women over 40 cut through the BS, rebuild their strength, and thrive through midlife on their own terms.
